Axle Puller
This tool comes in very handy any
time that you need
to insert or remove
an axle from the car. Includes a stainless steel
feeler gage for
setting correct distance between the wheel hub and car.

1. Insert the axle head in the puller slot.
|

2. Slide the wheel on the axle. Add lubricant. |

3. Push the axle into the axle slot on the car. Be careful
that you push the axle straight in. Our Axle
Guide or Axle
Guard can help with this. |

4. Push the axle all the way in until the wheel contacts the
car body. |

5. The other side of the tool is recessed to fit the head
of the axle. |

6. Insert the slotted end of the feeler gage between the wheel
and car body. Use the recessed end of the tool to push the
wheel in until it is snug against the feeler gage. Remove
the feeler gage. |
| To remove an axle from the car, insert the slot
of the tool on the axle head as shown in step 4. Pull on the
tool using a slight twisting motion. |
